Stayed here for one night, everything was superb, I really enjoyed comfy and excellent location to the concert hall. Location: the hotel was next to main attractions and downtown and the town centre. Stopped by Cafe Somma to get some coffee and treats, it's steps away from the venue, recommend. The room was a nice size and well-equipped with a bathtub, I felt comfortable there.

The venue was fairly clean and reasonably spacious. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Nice location for our needs, so close to the center of Trondheim, situated and the interesting areas of Trondheim.

all in all everything was very comfortable, had a fine stay on our vacation. the hotel's staff were pretty friendly all the time. the bedroom was new-fashioned and silent. the bathroom was decent size, appreciated it. it was in a convenient and magnificent location very close to olavshallen and a movie theater.

Given the high prices of food (and everything else) in Norway, the Grand Olav's breakfast buffet, "light" dinner buffet, waffles, and coffee drinks were a big help in keeping down our expenses. The location is excellent - across the street from a sas Flybussen bus stop (a great way to get to/from the Trondheim airport) and a 5 minute walk from the train station. Our rooms faced the narrow cobble stone street side of the building and were quiet. We walked to all the sights we wanted to visit.

Overall nice hotel. Excellent location and clean room. Nice and service oriented staff.
The breakfast room was quite small, with many people at same time it was very crowdy.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and cool. It is located in a lively area close to a shopping complex, main attractions, downtown, and the pier. the room was a nice size with a bathtub. I stayed here for 1 night.
